At Skipper Lay & Associates Ltd we love Xero and the tools that it provides to our clients for managing their business. Unfortunately, many clients are unaware of the full potential that Xero offers for business management.
If you are considering moving to Xero, or already on Xero, and want to learn more, then we suggest you attend the Seminars, developed for both administrators and business owners. Our first seminar, “Tips and Tricks in Xero” is more of a basic level and after you attend our “Grow Your Business” session, we know you will be back for our advanced Xero session on “Reporting and Budgeting.”
The series will run as follows:
- Tips & tricks in Xero
Covers various shortcuts and techniques to speed up processing in Xero, ensuring you get the most out of the software with the least amount of effort. We will also run through GST best practice and year end preparation throughout the year.

- Grow your Business
Covers key secrets to business success which may assist in transforming your business and achieving your business and personal goals. This session can also apply to businesses using other software with basic to detailed reporting, as it not only covers Xero but how to use the information available to grow your business.
(9 November 2016 – 5.30pm-7.30pm)
- Reports & budgeting in Xero
Utilising detailed and overview reports in business decision-making including creating and using budgets.
(23 November 2016 – 9.30am-11.30am OR 5.30pm-7.30pm)
